Why I Created KolibriJoy
KolibriJoy was born from love and resilience - named after the German word for hummingbird "Kolibri," honoring my beloved mother's heritage and her precious life lesson to find joy in life's smallest moments.
As a breast cancer survivor myself and having lost my mother to cancer, this wisdom resonates deeply.
Drawing from my 20+ years in the fragrance industry, I grew frustrated by the lack of truly clean, high-quality home fragrances I could trust in my own space. This inspired me to create what I couldn't find - a collection of premium candles crafted from essential oils and clean ingredients, meeting the uncompromising standards I set for my own home.
Our five signature fragrances - Passion, Confidence, Persistence, Positivity, and Resilience - each serve as daily reminders to celebrate life's victories and find strength in its challenges.
